We accept returns under the following circumstances:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
You have received an incorrect item
There is a size issue
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact

Clear images of the product (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be issued within 3–4 working days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Requests raised after 7 days from delivery
Minor variations in color or design that do not qualify as defects
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear images for verification
We will ensure a prompt resolution, either through replacement or refund.

In case of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims, returns may be declined
