  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During high-demand periods (sales, launches, or festive seasons), processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email with tracking details (if available).


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 10–12 working days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities: Usually faster delivery

  • Remote or rural areas: May take slightly longer

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time

  • We may expand our shipping regions in the future


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details via email.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner

  • In some cases, tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Zeitlos Enterprise will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier partner may reattempt delivery or return the package


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your Order ID along with relevant photos (if applicable)
