Products & Availability

We aim to present product images, colours, measurements and descriptions accurately. Minor screen-to-screen colour differences may occur, and availability can change without notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be completed using the methods available at checkout. We may cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or unavailable stock; any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Processing and delivery estimates are shown in our Shipping Policy and may be affected by courier or location-related delays outside our control.

Exchange & Replacement

We do not accept returns for refunds or change-of-mind requests. Eligible size-exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and products must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Size exchanges remain subject to stock availability.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange an eligible replacement. Please review our Exchange & Replacement Policy for the complete conditions.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Contact us promptly if you need help before dispatch; requested changes are not guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Zeitlos name, logos, product images, artwork, text and designs, belongs to Zeitlos Enterprise or its respective licensors and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zeitlos Enterprise is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
