You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, contact us by email at support@zeitlos.co.in or through WhatsApp . Please provide your order number, reason for the return and clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
After reviewing your request, our support team will confirm the return eligibility, collection instructions and any applicable return charges. Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns may be declined if the product has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or if the request is submitted after the 10-day return period.
